We all want a life that is meaningful, balanced and awake to the present. Coaching uses deep inquiry and energizing interventions to bring you to clarity, purpose and action. Once your deeper values become clear, your heart of confidence awakens too. A plan with concrete steps naturally flows from there. The coaching relationship provides encouragement and a positive structure of accountability. As coach, I see your strengths and hold you to your vision. MINDFULNESS–BASED STRESS REDUCTION (MSBR)

Cultivate your innate capacity to find calm in the midst of chaos. Develop a range of skills you can use to help you cope more effectively with stress.

Mindfulness training focuses on bringing the attention fully to the body, feeling states and thought patterns. We discover patterns of holding tension, and learn to let go and settle deeply into our innate strength and peacefulness. By practicing self-regulatory skills in class and at home with recordings, we integrate the wisdom of the mind/body connection into our everyday lives.
