Each session is guided by the goals you want to focus on. I act as guide for your exploration, drawing on tools and methods drawn from Mindfulness-Based Psychotherapies, Transactional Analysis, Redecision Therapy, Gestalt, Energy Psychologies and Co-Active Coaching. The idea is to catalyze a reconnection to your own inner resources and strengths, to discover fresh perspectives, and to learn ways to integrate changes into your everyday life.
